Spin Crush - Responsible Gaming
Spin Crush responsible gaming: how to set deposit and time limits, recognise problem-gambling warning signs, self-exclude, and reach confidential 18+ support helplines.
Play within your limits
At Spin Crush, gaming should always be entertainment, never a source of financial stress. Before every session, set a fixed rupee budget you can genuinely afford to lose, and treat that amount the way you would a cinema ticket: spent for the enjoyment of the experience, not as an investment you expect to recover. Never fund play with borrowed money, credit cards, or savings earmarked for rent, bills, or essentials.
Practical habits make a real difference. Decide on a session time limit before you log in, and use a phone alarm to enforce it. Alternate gaming days with other hobbies, and avoid playing when you are tired, stressed, or upset, impaired judgement leads to impulsive bets. If you notice you are regularly exceeding your own budget or time targets, that is a signal to use our built-in limit tools before the pattern becomes harder to break.
There is no reliable system that beats the house edge over time. Accepting that reality, and capping each session at a comfortable, pre-decided amount, is the single most effective responsible-gaming habit you can build.
Warning signs of problem gambling
Problem gambling rarely arrives all at once. Watch for these behavioural patterns: spending more than planned every session, chasing losses by continuing to play after your budget is gone, lying to family about how much time or money you have spent, or neglecting work and personal relationships because of gaming. Feeling restless or irritable when you try to cut back is also a significant warning flag.
Financial stress often runs alongside behavioural changes. If you are borrowing money to play, hiding bank statements, or struggling to cover essential expenses after a gaming session, treat these as serious signals, not temporary setbacks. Emotional signs matter too: persistent guilt after playing, mood swings tied to wins and losses, or using gaming to escape anxiety or depression all suggest that play has moved outside healthy boundaries.
Recognising three or more of these signs in your own behaviour is a reason to act now. The tools below, limits, cool-offs, and self-exclusion, are available to every Spin Crush player, and professional support organisations are free and confidential. Earlier action leads to faster, more durable recovery.
Deposit, loss and time limits
Spin Crush provides three categories of player-controlled limits that you can set at any time from your account dashboard. Deposit limits cap how much money you can add to your account over a daily, weekly, or monthly period. Loss limits halt further play once your net losses within a chosen timeframe reach the amount you have specified. Session time limits trigger a notification, and optionally a forced logout, when you have been playing for a set number of minutes or hours.
To activate or adjust a limit, go to Account → Responsible Gaming → My Limits. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period so that in-the-moment impulse does not override your longer-term intention. We encourage every player to set at least a monthly deposit limit when they first register, and to review it whenever their financial circumstances change.
Self-exclusion and cool-off
If limits alone feel insufficient, Spin Crush offers two stronger options. A cool-off period temporarily suspends your ability to deposit or play for a duration you choose, from 24 hours up to six weeks. Your account remains open and your balance is preserved, but all gaming access is blocked for the full period. There is no way to cancel a cool-off once it is confirmed, so choose your duration thoughtfully.
Self-exclusion is a longer-term commitment. You can exclude yourself for a minimum of six months or permanently. During exclusion, your account is closed, marketing communications stop, and you will not be able to reopen the account until the exclusion period has fully expired and you have made a deliberate written request to reinstate access. Both options are available under Account → Responsible Gaming → Take a Break, or by contacting our support team directly.
